QDoes not operate.
The electric clothes dryer is a product that operates with electricity. Please check if the power is turned on properly.
QIt makes a "beep beep~" sound twice and does not operate.
It may be due to the obstacle detection auto-stop function when raising or lowering. Please remove any obstacles that can touch the drying rod and re-adjust the horizontal level of the drying rod.
QRemote control does not operate.
The infrared light from the IR remote control cannot be seen by the human eye. Press any button on the remote control and set your smartphone to camera mode. Then, look at the infrared transmitter lens on the top of the remote control through the smartphone screen. If you see a blinking pink light on the smartphone screen, the remote control is operating normally. If you install new batteries and still cannot see the light on the smartphone camera screen, the remote control may be defective.
QRemote control does not operate well when the light is on.
When the light of the electric clothes dryer is on, the strong light may weaken the remote control's faint infrared light. When you turn on the light, press the button while keeping the remote control close to the dryer's receiver. (Note: Some models do not have a lighting function as an option.)
QHow much is the electricity bill?
MomEasy electric clothes dryer products consume 30~80W when in use. Assuming it operates about 5 times a day, the individual electricity bill is less than about 500 won per month.

Do not place anything other than laundry on it.
Be careful not to put your hands in the X-Link while it is moving up and down.
Do not hang anything such as laundry or hangers on the X-Link. It may cause a malfunction in the vertical movement.
Do not disassemble, repair, or modify it arbitrarily.
There is a risk of electric shock when installing or repairing parts. Never work with wet hands.
