RISK ASSESSMENT

Risk assessment operations

Conducts risk assessments in accordance with Article 36 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, and shares and records the results with workers.

When is the assessment conducted?

Once a year

Regular assessment

Reviews the risk factors of all work and confirms whether existing measures are working properly.

When changes occur

Unscheduled assessment

Conducted when starting a new site, introducing new equipment or tools, changing work methods, or when an accident or near-miss occurs.

Every workday

Pre-Work Safety Meeting (TBM)

Before starting the work, all workers confirm the day's work content, risk factors, and countermeasures together.

How is it evaluated?

  1. 01Preparations

Confirm the evaluation target work and on-site conditions, and determine the participating workers.

  2. 02Identification of hazardous and risky factors

Find risk factors through on-site inspection, interviews with workers, and case studies of near-misses.

  3. 03Determination of risk level

Judge the identified risk factors in three levels: high, medium, and low.

  4. 04Establishment and implementation of risk reduction measures

Apply countermeasures in the order of elimination/replacement → equipment improvement → work procedures → protective equipment.

  5. 05Sharing and documentation

Inform the worker of the results through TBM and education, and keep the records for more than 3 years.

Criteria for determining riskDetermine the order of actions based on the judgment result.
High
Immediate improvement

Stop the work until the improvement is completed.

Medium
Work after implementing countermeasures

Start the work after applying reduction measures.

Low
Maintain current level

Maintain current safety measures and check them regularly.

HAZARD CONTROL

Risk factors and countermeasures by construction tasks

Organize risk factors according to the installation sequence of the ceiling-mounted drying rack, and re-evaluate based on the conditions at each site.

※ Since ceiling height, ceiling structure, and concurrent work vary by site, please prepare a separate risk assessment form for each site and submit it to the main contractor before starting work.

SAFETY ACTIVITIES
